Association Guidelines

The Place is intended to provide a recreational space that evokes a sense of community.  The Place is overseen by a Condominium Association, with an elected five-member Board of Directors.  The Association is governed by a Declaration of Condominium, By-laws, and Rules and Regulations, under Missouri statutes.
